• The investment was made in September 2016 in partnership with a leading Miami based owner / operator of multifamily communities
• At the time of purchase, the exterior spaces had recently undergone extensive improvements, so the initial capital plan called for moderate interior unit upgrades, including door and bath hardware replacements, kitchen countertop upgrades and interior light fixture installations
• In August 2022, after 6 years of ownership, Waters Edge was sold at a premium to the fund’s acquisition price per unit
