• North Ridge Apartments, a 600 unit multifamily community located in Raleigh, North Carolina, was purchased in April 2019, in partnership with a leading Reston, VA based owner / operator of multifamily communities
• The acquisition included a 37-acre adjacent land parcel, fully entitled for development of up to 900 additional residential units
• After the implementation of numerous capital improvement projects, the property was successfully sold in-line with budgeted returns, in two phases in each of November 2020 and May 2021
