EIM invested $57 million in an equity joint venture with a repeat sponsor for the speculative development of a 295,500 square foot, Class A industrial warehouse on a 17-acre infill site in Passaic, New Jersey. EIM believes this is an attractive opportunity to develop a desirable rear-load building within the Northern New Jersey industrial market, providing tenants with last mile distribution access to Manhattan and the surrounding New York metro area.
