• Lakes Edge, a 159 unit multifamily community located in Greensboro, North Carolina, was purchased in July 2019 in partnership with a leading Reston, Virginia based owner/operator of multifamily communities
• Immediately following the acquisition, a successful value-add improvement plan was implemented, resulting in a successful sale in  January 2023, after three years and six months of ownership
