• Triangle Park, a 120 unit multifamily community located in Raleigh, North Carolina, was purchased in March 2018 in partnership with a leading Reston, Virginia based owner/operator of multifamily communities
• Immediately following the acquisition, a value-add improvement plan was implemented, consisting of interior unit upgrades to 30 units and the addition of well-received common area amenities and exterior renovations
• In July 2021, after three years and four months of ownership, the property was sold, achieving an excellent return to investors
