A founding partner of Evolution Investment Management and affiliates, Kent previously served as President of JMP Asset Management and Vice Chairman of JMP Group. Kent originally joined JMP as a Managing Director in 2004 and served as JMP Securities’ head of real estate and lodging investment banking for 12 years. Additionally, he was JMP Securities’ Director of Corporate Finance from 2007-2010 and Head of Investment Banking from 2011-2016. Prior to joining JMP, Kent served as a senior banker in the real estate investment banking group at Lehman Brothers in San Francisco and London. Prior to his time at Lehman Brothers, Kent was a member of the real estate investment banking groups at each of UBS, PaineWebber and Kidder, Peabody & Co.

Bibi is a partner and Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer at Evolution Investment Management and affiliates. She previously served as a Director at JMP Asset Management. Bibi is responsible for internal operations, including investor relations, management of third-party service providers, accounting, and administrative support. Bibi possesses over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, including as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at JMP Group for 14 years, and, prior to that, was a Corporate Finance Analyst at Thomas Weisel Partners, an investment bank headquartered in San Francisco.
